M. Fisher (UK) – (REAL NAME)

This review is for: Deadliest Deal

I have heard it said that an author needs to hook their readers in the first five pages. Keith Wells achieves this in his first five paragraphs! All his characters are completely believable. His main character Sean Daley comes completely alive showing all his strengths and weaknesses, as do all the others.
I believe this is the author’s first novel and I hope sets the scene for further novels in the series. I really look forward to reading further works by him. A first class read, well worth the money.

What can I say!  Brilliant, it was such an exciting book from the first page till the last page. I couldnt put the book down. Mr Wells certainly sets the atmosphere on every page, I really felt I was in each setting. Superbly written, hard to believe this Author has not published books before.
As soon as I finished this book couldn’t wait to read the next.

I really enjoyed this tale about Police Inspector Sean (Deadly) Daley. Just like M Fisher (an earlier review) I was hooked after the first few paragraphs. It has been a long time since I felt unable to put a book down as was the case with “Deadliest Deal”.
My only criticism is the extensive use of acronyms. Whilst I appreciate all professions use them it could make the storyline difficult for some to follow.
However having said that I am about to download Keith’s second novel “September’s Broken Child” as I must find out if the rogue cop is found.
Well done Mr K Wells.
